My approach celebrates the unique strengths and challenges that neurodivergent clients experience. Through neuro-affirming practices, I empower clients to develop practical communication

I provide support for emotional regulation and specialized strategies for managing meltdowns. Additionally, I assist neurodivergent youth and teens in navigating school accommodations, fostering self-acceptance, and affirming their identities.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand that therapy requires a unique approach for neurodivergent clients, particularly in neurodiverse relationships. My goal is to create a supportive environment where all clients feel understood and valued.
